Jim Rogers

Durante toda la jornada de ayer sábado y hoy domingo hasta las 3pm, el mecánico Jim Rogers estuvo dedicado a restaurar los maltrechos autogiros. Cambió aceites, filtros, bujías,....  ...limpió, ajustó, probó,...   ...y han quedado listos para continuar. El que Jim haya amablemente dedicado su fin de semana a recomponer los autogiros da una idea de su talante y generosidad. Estamos muy agradecidos.

During the entire day of yesterday Saturday and today Sunday until 3pm, the mechanic Jim Rogers was dedicated to restoring the battered autogyros. He changed oils, filters, spark plugs, ... ... cleaned, adjusted, tested, ... ... and they have been ready to continue. The fact that Jim has devoted his weekend to recomposing the autogyros gives an idea of his spirit and generosity. We are very grateful.

Hemos tenido mucha suerte con la meteorología, pues estos dos días los chubascos tormentosos han sido intensos y frecuentes.

En el aeródromo de Bindoon hay mucha actividad de vuelo ultraligero.

La gente del campo encantadora; pasaban a saludarnos, interesarse por nuestro viaje y ofrecernos todo tipo de ayuda.

At the Bindoon airfield there is a lot of ultralight flight activity.
The people at the airfield were lovely; They were interested in our trip and offered us all kinds of help.

 La situación meteorológica anuncia gran mejoría para mañana lunes. Tenemos intención de salir pronto para llegar a Esperance (unos 600km)
