Today's departure has been delayed more than two hours because of fog. Around 7am we were at the airfield, but it was not until after 9am that we were able to take off.
Here in South Australia the time difference with Western Australia is 2 and a half hours in advance, and half an hour late with Victoria and New South Wales (crazy). Today we will go to Victoria, so when we arrive we will have to advance the clock by half an hour.
Most of the first stage was done with a very fresh environment and abundant mists.
The dominant landscape are extensive plains of cereal and grass. Some areas had irrigated crops and even vineyards.
In less than two hours we covered 233km to Casterton for the usual auto-refueling.
In Casterton the sun shone.
The second stage of 287km would take us to Apollo Bay.
It was one of the most beautiful, because we went to the coast to border it to destination.
On this coast there are beautiful cliffs, especially the place they call "Twelve Apostles"
